Anne Pollack is a trusted and accomplished Florida attorney who understands the nuances of Florida real estate law, land use law, government regulations and the complexities of the state’s zoning and permitting processes. Over the past 20 years she has leveraged her knowledge to become a recognized expert in acquiring development approvals and entitlements for real estate projects of all types and sizes across Florida, and in representing both private and governmental clients in connection with the sale, acquisition and development of real estate.
Anne represents clients before state and municipal boards and agencies on rezonings, land use plan amendments and other various land use approvals, and she advises clients on the purchase and sale of real estate throughout the State of Florida. Her practices also includes consultation on sustainability, resiliency, and corporate social responsibility.
Anne’s sense of community and service has defined her throughout her career as much as her accomplishments in the legal world. She is a vital contributor to the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay community and is a fixture in multiple industry, bar, and community-based organizations. Anne is Chair of the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section’s Real Property Problems Study Committee. She is also Secretary of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), and is on the Board of Governors of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Board of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) – Tampa Bay.

Leigh Kellett Fletcher has been practicing land use, environmental, real estate law and business law since 1997 and regularly represents clients acquiring, developing and selling real estate in Florida and the U. S. Virgin Islands. She frequently works with clients acquiring environmentally contaminated properties and assists them with obtaining brownfield designations and completing remediation and development of those properties.
She also works with developers, lenders and government agencies structuring public/private partnerships and obtaining entitlements and environmental permits to facilitate redevelopment of contaminated properties, installation of renewable energy projects and return of distressed property to economically productive use. She works with manufacturers and other businesses permitting and implementing new technology into their operations and managing environmental compliance.
