Commercial Real Estate and Business Broker Services in Florida

Assisting Real Estate and Business Brokers Close Transactions

Brokers get paid when a deal closes, and we know that bringing a deal to the closing table is not only about obtaining financing. Many real estate contracts contain contingencies for land use and environmental due diligence. Loans on commercial buildings often require lease review, and operational audits. Sometimes re-zoning or re-permitting is also a closing contingency. At Fletcher Fischer Pollack, P.L. we can assist your clients with everything from contract and loan negotiation to completion of required due diligence and audits. We also regularly process rezonings and obtain development approvals from local governments throughout central Florida. Business sales can require approval of franchisors, assignment of intellectual property, transfer of real and personal property, licensing, and sometimes regulatory approval. Representing both buyers and sellers, we facilitate closings that address these and other issues.
